- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds: We offer a money-back guarantee. You can request a refund at any time if you are not satisfied with the service.
- Downgrades: If you cancel or downgrade your plan, your access to notes and folders will be restricted to the limits of your new plan. You will not lose your data, but you may need to upgrade again to access content exceeding the free limits.
3. User Content
- You retain full ownership of the notes and content you create on Notesy.
- We store your notes in a secure database. You can delete your notes at any time.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not use the Service to store illegal, harmful, or engaging in infringing content.
4. Account Termination
- Voluntary: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
- Inactivity: We reserve the right to remove inactive accounts or delete data from inactive accounts depending on business financial circumstances and storage constraints.
- Violation: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Notesy brand, logo, and Website design are intellectual property of Notesy. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the Service.
