Notesy Patch Notes #1

This update is focused on making Notesy feel smoother, clearer, and more reliable in everyday use. There aren’t any big new features being introduced, but a lot of small improvements that add up to a better overall experience.
Here’s what’s new.
Folder Hover Previews
Folders now give you more information before you open them.
When you hover over a folder, you’ll see the folders inside it right away.
This makes it easier to understand how your notes are organised, especially if you use folders within folders. You can quickly find where things live without clicking around as much.

New Logo & Theme-Aware Branding
We’ve refreshed Notesy’s logo and updated how it appears across the app.
The logo now adapts to your chosen theme, so it feels more natural whether you’re using light mode or dark mode. It’s a small change, but one that helps everything feel more consistent and polished.
Clearer Note Privacy Controls

We’ve improved how note privacy works in the editor.
The public and private options are now clearer and easier to understand, so you always know who can see your note. This helps avoid confusion and makes it simpler to confidently share notes — or keep them private.
Likes and Views, Now Working Properly
We fixed a few issues that could make likes and views behave incorrectly.
Some notes weren’t always registering likes properly, and in some cases view counts could increase more than they should. These issues have now been resolved, so interactions on notes are accurate and reliable.
General Improvements
Alongside the visible changes, this update also includes a number of behind-the-scenes improvements that help Notesy feel faster and more stable. These changes make everyday interactions smoother and help ensure future updates can be shipped more quickly and safely.
What’s Next
This patch sets the foundation for bigger improvements coming next. Future updates will continue to focus on making Notesy easier to use, more reliable, and better suited to how you actually take and share notes.
Thanks for using Notesy, and as always, we appreciate your feedback.
